ADSS (All Dielectric Self-supporting Aerial Cable )
Multiple Fiber , each being 250um fibers that are in bundles with a max of 12 fibers per tube, Then a water blocking filling compound. All is then wrapped in a loose tube, then Aramid yarn is wrapped around the tubes and a central strength member. A poly sheath is wrapped around and A second water blocking tape is added and finally wrapped with a Poly jacket. |

Product Introduction: The tension clamp is intended for turning angle, continuing and terminal connecting. The helical aluminum-clad steel rod has strong tensile strength, no concentrative stress, plays a role to protect cable and assist reducing vibration. The whole set of cable tension hardware contains preformed rod, matching connection hardware. The holding strength of clamp is no less than 95% of rated tensile strength, quick and easy to install, cut construction cost, suitable for a span<100m. Functions: The hardware is mainly intended to bear axial tension, and uniformly distribute radial stress, to ensure safe and reliable holding strength offered on the premise of not damaging cable (mostly used in turning angle, continued pole and terminal pole) Parameters: Configure model by cable diameter, RTS and span |

Product Instruction: The tension clamp is intended for turning angle, continuing and terminal connecting. Helical aluminum clad steel rod has strong tensile strength, no concentrated stress, plays a role to protect cable and assist reducing vibration. The whole set of cable tension hardware contains: structural reinforcing rod, outer preformed rod (dead end), matching connection hardware. Clamp’s holding strength is no less than 95% of cable rated tensile strength, easy and quick to install, cut construction cost, suitable for a span>400m.

Product Instruction: The tangent suspension clamp for ADSS is intended to connect ADSS cable on straight-line poles. With no concentrated stress and avoiding a bending-stress, the clamp may play a role to protect cable and assist reducing vibration. The whole set of suspension clamp contains: suspension clamp, matching connection hardware. Clamp’s holding strength of is over cable rated tensile strength for 10-20%, easy to install.
Parameter: Configure model by cable diameter and span |
|
Product Instruction: ADSS double suspension clamp, adopting double-layer design, is consisted of structural reinforcing rod/outer preformed rod (dead end) in proper size and length, intended to pass axial load and disperse radial stress, to reach its inner reinforcing units through plastic jacket, so as not to impair the plastic jacket or inner optical fiber that is fragile and vulnerable. Clamp has excellent anti-fatigue, including outer preformed rod (dead end)/structural reinforcing rod, two sets of suspension clamp, and matching connection hardware. Function: Intended for straight-line pole with a big height-difference and a span over 800m, one pole for one set Parameter: Configure model by cable diameter and span |
