What is the different between UTP and FTP and STP?

UTP (Unshielded Twisted Pair) Cat5e is sufficient for 100/1000 Mbps ethernet.
STP (Shielded Twisted Pair) offers the highest level of protection.
FTP (Foil Twisted Pair).

Both FTP and STP have added shielding to provide some protection against electro-magnetic interference.
