Production Capabilities
Our manufacturing capacity is built to deliver whatever your project requires. Custom-configured assemblies built to your exact specification, backed by 17+ years of experience and millions of cables made.
Configuration
Everything can be specified to your requirements, regardless of configuration complexity.
Volume
Our manufacturing capacity supports full-scale production runs, built to meet the volume demands of hyperscale, enterprise, and defense deployments.
Lead Time
Most custom assemblies ship in 5–7 business days. Common configurations are kept in stock and ship the same day you order.
Choose Your Assembly Type
Patch, fanout, and trunk cable assemblies, precision-built to the fiber count, connector, and length your network requires, from spine-leaf architectures to high-density server racks. Whatever the assembly type, we manufacture it to your exact specification.

Patch Cables

Frequently Asked Questions
MPO (Multi-fiber Push-On) is the generic, industry-standard connector type, defined by IEC-61754-7 and TIA-604-5. MTP® is a registered trademark of a specific brand of MPO connector, manufactured by US Conec to tighter mechanical and optical tolerances. The two are physically compatible and will mate with each other.
Polarity method describes how the individual fibers are mapped from one end of the cable to the other, which determines whether transmit lines correctly connect to receive lines across your link.
- Method A: straight-through (key-up to key-down).
- Method B: reverses the fiber order end to end (key-up to key-up).
- Method C: physically swaps fiber pairs within the cable itself (key-up to key-down).
Singlemode (OS2) fiber has a much smaller core that carries a single path of light, giving it lower signal loss over distance, it's typically used for long-haul runs with laser-based transceivers. Multimode (OM1 through OM5) has a larger core that carries multiple light paths, better suited to shorter runs (typically under a few hundred meters, depending on the grade and speed), and is more common inside data centers. Higher multimode grades (OM3, OM4, OM5) support higher data rates over longer distances within that shorter range.
