24 Fiber Aluminum Fusion Splice Tray
Details
The Multi-Function Fiber Optic Splice Tray is designed to securely organize, protect, and manage optical fiber splices within fiber optic panels and enclosures. Fully compliant with Telcordia™ GR-769 industry specifications, these splice trays provide reliable fiber routing while maintaining proper cable organization and splice protection.
Each tray includes adhesive-backed fiber splice holders and assorted cable ties for quick, secure installation.
Fiber splice trays are used whenever optical fibers need to be joined or terminated within a network. They are commonly installed inside fiber optic enclosures, splice closures, distribution boxes, and patch panels to provide organized, protected splice management.
During installation, incoming fibers are routed around the tray and secured within splice holders before being spliced to outgoing fibers or pigtails. The tray's routing channels help maintain proper fiber organization while minimizing stress on the fibers.
Important: Always maintain the minimum recommended fiber bend radius during installation to ensure optimal optical performance and long-term network reliability.
