OPTIPOP-R Series Cleaner for LC Duplex Connectors
OPTIPOP-R Series Cleaner for LC Duplex Connectors - Solvent Free, 400+ Cleanings
Item No: 6437
MFG Part#: 6437
This OPTIPOP R two-slot cleaner is great at reducing cleaning costs. It makes use of a densely woven, anti-static micro-fiber cleaning fabric which is highly effective at removing harmful contaminates and dirt off of the ferrule end face. The OPTIPOP R two-slot cleaner is designed to clean LC duplex connectors.
The anti-static cloth material produces a pristine fiber tip and minimizes the potential for any further contaminant attraction. The cleaning fabric is pre-washed and produces less than 70 pcs/CFM of particles > 1mm in size, making this system excellent for use in any production environment including clean rooms.
Communication problems or a deterioration in transmission qualities may result from a small area of contamination on the optical fiber core. Cleaning the optical connector end-face shortly before connecting is required to prevent contamination-related communication failure.
